I am a military officer with over 20 years of service in the U.S. Coast Guard, specializing in Federal Law Enforcement and Emergency Response. Commissioned in 2019 after 14.5 years in the enlisted workforce, I have served across the U.S. and overseas, honing my skills in strategic mission planning, operational leadership, crisis management, and strengthening global partnerships. Now, I am excited to transition into real estate investing. My goal is to utilize the BRRRR method and traditional strategies to build a portfolio that will generate $20,000 a month in passive income within 10 years. I am particularly interested in medium-term and long-term rentals, single-family homes, and multi-plex properties out of state.
