About myself
Well I am a software developer by trade and a real estate investor by passion. I have been steadily studying real-estate trends and feel that the rental market can provide great returns for investors. I am looking to invest in 10+ unit apartment complexes which have solid occupancy rates and solid equity levels. I've recent founded Boothe Investments LLC and will shift my focus on commercial condo conversions and property flips.
