I own and manage a growing portfolio across Kentucky, with hands-on experience in acquisitions, renovations, and long-term operations. I run a property management company overseeing ~650 units and have renovated 100+ properties across single-family and small-to-mid-multifamily assets. I’m also the co-founder of FONDiFi, a specialized real-estate accounting and back-office firm built by operators, for operators; focused on clean books, trust accounting, and scalable systems for property managers and investors.
