I'm Colton, a newbie real estate investor looking to get that flywheel started and secure my first couple of properties. My family and I are new to the area, new to this part of the country and new to real estate investing in general. Looking for buy and hold properties in the long-run to generate cashflow and find financial freedom that will allow us to better pursue our dreams and set our kids up for a life of learning and hands-on experience in this field. We're not afraid of a little DIY and look forward to setting off on this journey into a world we're just starting to learn about. Currently looking for my first real estate deal to get us going, right here in the Knoxville area and hoping to expand quickly as we get our feet wet. I love spending time outdoors with the family and finding new adventures and passions in each new place I've lived (Arizona, Utah, Minnesota, California, North Carolina & now Tennessee).
