Connor Lichtenfelt

I’m Connor Lichtenfelt. Licensed since 2013 as a Real Estate Agent (and subsequently as a Broker in 2015). I’ve helped clients purchase and sell both rental properties and flips throughout the Upstate of South Carolina. I’ve also had the opportunity to do several flips personally, through which I’ve learned both HOW and HOW NOT to make a successful deal. Since mid-2017 I’ve doubled my real estate career with a role in my family’s small business, so much of my focus has shifted towards personal or partnership investment since time is limited. I’m currently interested in finding off-market deals with either Flip or Buy & Hold potential. I’d also love to connect with Upstate investors, as partnering done right can always have many positives!
