Hello BP. I'm rather new to our lovely site to enjoy open source info. I just passed my Realestate exam and ready to start another chapter in Realestate. God has been blessing me so much and I can't help but try to pass some info along. Since starting last year I've been blessed with 3 sfr's and one more under contract as we speak. If there's anyone in my area that would like to be involved as team members or mentors etc I'm totally open
