Greetings! I’m a video producer and rookie investor based in the NYC area looking to earn passive income and financial freedom through REI. I’m currently deep in the learning and the capitalization process. My goals: 1. Renovate a distressed family home to pull equity out of and fund flips in the nearby North Carolina area. (Q4 - 2020) 2. Purchase 1st buy and hold out-of-state rental generating 10% COCROI with group of local private investors. (Q4 - 2020) 3. Purchase buy and hold Quad rental in the North NJ area using NACA financing. Hoping to cashflow $6k annually. (Q2 - 2021)
