About myself
I am a lucky husband, father of two small children, and I love to find a deal! I've been a commercial broker and currently manage a corporate real estate portfolio, including development, leasing and property management. I received my EMBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler in 2017. I've purchased a foreclosure and another SFR rental that I've just sold. I'm ready to start making more connections and start deploying some capital. I'm looking to build cash flow long term via buy and holds, but open to multiple strategies as the market dictates. I'm resourceful and can bring capital if you help me find deals; let's brainstorm!
