Currently working for Fed Government but getting started seriously in 2016. Looking to start wholesaling then flipping then buy and hold. Excited about getting started Experience: No real experience. I have read books, looked at property but no actual deals. Getting started with local REIA and looking to do some deals. Real Estate Goals: I really want to invest locally(1 hr radius). I have a goal of flipping 4-6 properties for $60K in 2016. I think Bigger pockets can help fill in all the holes that I have in my understanding about properties. Looking to learn more about strategies and real world experience. Currently Seeking: Mentors and people doing a lot of deals a have a lot of experience in real estate investing.
