I am a husband and father of 2. I am a real estate agent, a pool designer/builder, and a real estate investor. I am from Southeast Texas and that is still where I live and invest. I volunteer in my community with youth sports and at my church. Why BiggerPockets: I found BiggerPockets through the podcast. I believe that the power of networking is perhaps the single most important thing an investor can do to propel his or her business forward. BiggerPockets is a great platform for education, information, and networking. My goals: I want to expand my real estate business into a team that I can develop and lead. I want to obtain my brokers license and start my own independent real estate brokerage. I want to ramp up my pool building business and scale my real estate sales and flipping/investing business into streams of income that pay me more and more with less personal involvement from me.
