My real estate investing experience began unconventionally. I jumped into real estate as a partial owner of a limited partnership. This company now owns 20+ properties in PA. While it's a great resource of passive income, it doesn't let me leverage and expand my real estate investments as fast as I would like. My long-term goals are still geared towards buy and hold, I'm looking to expand my real estate investments in the short-term through flipping and wholesaling. While based in Boston, I'm originally from Washington state and partner with two RE investors located in Vancouver, WA.
