Corey Mohar

Hello! I'm new to this whole real estate thing, but after doing some research I'm definitely interested in getting my feet on the ground. I'm a recent Penn State Grad with a degree in Architectural Engineering, and am currently working full time as a Structural Engineer as I work toward getting my PE license. As someone with a considerable amount of student debt, I'm really hoping to use real estate to generate some supplemental income to help with my (quite large) student loan payments every month. Currently, I'm looking at house hacking, as it seems to be the most reasonable strategy for me to get started with, as it would allow me to use an FHA loan to finance my first purchase.
