I’m a real estate investor who works as a network engineer for a community bank during the day. My wife & I have 10 units occupied with a duplex waiting for renovations. We started by managing 1 duplex for my dad and then decided to ramp up and eventually get out of my 7:30-6pm job. Right now we only do buy and holds, but my passion is to move into wholesaling. I believe that will be the best way to be a fully self-employed entrepreneur. Experience: We have 12 units right now. 3 duplexes, 2 single family homes, a mobile home, a 1 bedroom efficiency, 1 house for sale, and the house we live in. So far we have bought 3 residences and 1 rental. Real Estate Goals: Short term: add 2 more rentals this year and 5 wholesale deals in 2020. Long term: make my W-2 job optional. Currently Seeking: Interested in buy & hold and wholesaling. 1 wholesale deal in the books so far.
