Graduated in 2017 with a biomedical engineering degree. Took a career in consulting but am trying to grow out of that role into something I enjoy a bit more. Completed my first investment property, two duplexes, four units, in early march. The deal so far has been extremely educational, lots of hard work (remodeling 3 of the 4 units with the help of friends and family), and have placed tenants in the remodeled units before the work is completed.
