This knowledge has proven invaluable, especially when assessing potential rehab properties. -Management Skills: Presently serving as an Operations Manager in the Air National Guard, my responsibilities span from project management to facilities and warehouse supply management. This role, combined with 3 years as a property manager and 15 years in the Air National Guard, has sharpened my ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, a crucial skill in the fast-paced world of real estate. -Networking and Collaboration: Beyond the brick-and-mortar, my strength is bringing together various stakeholders - from investors and contractors to real estate agents. With 3 years of experience organizing real estate investor meetups, I've facilitated numerous networking opportunities, allowing everyone to share knowledge and collaborate on lucrative deals. -Legal and Administrative Know-How: My experience also extends to the administrative side of the business.
