I currently have properties in Central NY. I'm interested in multifamily cash flow properties for some extra income. I've moved from the area and am now looking to get into property in Easton, PA area. I come from a construction and remodeling background being the son of a builder. I believe with my knowledge of construction, design and location I can use those talents to get into the real estate world. Real Estate Goals: Trying to build my portfolio by adding some 4-10 unit properties in the nearby area. I started out with a property management co. but had a disastrous experience with that. Currently self managing, but would like to move towards partnering with a RE professional / property manager to do some serious investing.
