Cory Singleton

I’ve lived in Colorado (by way of Southern California) for the past 25 years. I’m new to property investment and currently research all that I can get my hands on with the intent to get into a buy and hold investment within a year and build out from there, preferably here locally in Denver. I’ve worked in the software industry for the last 10+ years and I am driven by a desire to build additional income sources. I’m also knowledgeable in various construction trades as I finished my own basement recently. Looking to leverage these skills as part of my investing strategy.
