About myself
New REI. Goal to cash flow 2k by 2023. I have a lot to learn! Plan to start out with 1) out of state investing - small multi family; 2) transitioning current primary residence to a cash flowing rental, and 3) reducing housing costs by purchasing a house hack in the 1.7million range on Oahu. My husband and I are a MD & NP couple with two young kids. We’re hoping to increase our cash flow to help pay for private school education without increasing time away from our family.
