Courtney M.

Dedicated to the art of real estate entrepreneurship, I proudly own and operate a portfolio that includes eight single-family homes and eight apartment doors in the vibrant locale of St. Petersburg, Florida. My journey in real estate has been marked by the successful execution of numerous BRRRR deals, a testament to our strategic approach and commitment to excellence. While my husband skillfully oversees renovation endeavors, we call the dynamic city of Tampa, Florida home. Ever forward-looking, my husband and I are looking for our next value-add opportunity, whether in the sun-soaked streets of St. Petersburg or the surrounding Tampa area. As a registered nurse and a proud mother of two young daughters, I am on a mission to balance the demands of my professional and personal life gracefully. With a heart full of ambition and a spirit of resilience, I navigate the intricate dance of entrepreneurship, healthcare, and family, constantly striving to create a harmonious blend of success and fulfillment.
