My name is Courtney Warner and I Currently live in Grand Rapids, MI. I’m a Michigan native, I was born and raised in Saginaw, MI. I am new to Bigger Pockets and the podcast. I am very interested in getting involved with real estate in my area. My specific interests are flipping, wholesaling and establishing long term buy and hold rental properties. My initial focus is to educate myself, this website is an amazing tool to do just that. My objective is to establish a group of colleagues and partners that I can work with and gain knowledge from. I will put in the necessarily effort to move forward, I desire my relationships with others to be mutually beneficial and I will work daily towards these goals. I'm just beginning my journey in real estate, so I'll see everyone on the forums!
