About myself
Have idle cash and plenty of time. I need to make both work for me. I am a semi retired attorney. I just spent a weekend in a RE Seminar, and opted not to pony up for the $40,000 mentoring! Learned a little, but don't think I want to play nationwide, like they are preaching. I'm not swinging for the fences, just looking to make my money work.
