Hello,my name is Crencenthia F Brown. I live in Durham NC,My real estate goals are to own 50 doors by my 50th birthday,March 25. My BIG Why.. is to able to pass down to my grandkids?and other personal things that most may say. I want to help low incomes,rooming house for single moms with kids or pregnant. I also want to go into neighborhoods that must don’t. How I’m planning my 50 doors. buying multi families. My 1st property will 3-4 unit house with myself and hubby living there. I also want large unit towards my BDay. Like around 20 units to 50. My husband is maintenance technician and plumber he work for Lage units properties up to 200 units or more. So he understand that part of the business dealing with maintenance. We have get property management. I’ve been watching BP on YouTube,Facebook and ig.
