I'm a licensed mortgage loan originator in MA, NH, ME, FL with access to residential loan products through dozens private lender/investors. I also have my access to commercial loans, investment loans, business loans, and even hard money. My wife and I own several properties in MA and NY. My wife has over 15 years experience in property management, which gives us the ability to professionally manage our own. She is also a niche RE Broker specializing in rental properties. We have been actively purchasing more rental properties through different methods and strategies. We invest in properties that fit our goals and that the numbers work to provide positive cashflow. Also we have been using our professional backgrounds and experience, to provide mentorship to folks looking for buy and hold investing.
