About myself
I've been investing in single family homes and/or condos for many years. 12 month leases, vacation rentals, seasonals, buy & holds, flippers, I guess i've pretty much done it all (small scale to be sure). My most recent venture is a 7 unit apartment in Florida and I'm a little anxious because I've never taken on anything this large (I know, it really ain't that large). Anyway, I'm here to learn. Thx.
