I'm interested in getting back off the ground in real estate. I want to do it all-- wholesale, rehab, rent, commercial etc. I love my career although my passion for real estate still remains. I just hope there are real estate people with good intentions still around and Bigger Pockets seem to have some of them. There are many distressed and vacation properties that I would like to restore. I hate driving home and seeing these places abandoned or abused. I have lived and walked through all types of neighborhoods from Delaware, NYC, Albany NY, NJ, to now Houston, TX. In every city and town there is always room for revitalization.
