About myself
I am a full time investor in Northwest Pennsylvania. Currently, my portfolio consist of 7 Commercial Properties, 10 SFR, Duplex, (2) Triplex's, 4-unit, (3) 5 Units, a (7) Unit, & (6) storage units within the properties. Experience: My experience ranges from House Flipping, Contracting, Buy & Hold, Rehabbing, and Managing Properties. I consider myself an expert at adding value to my multi-unit properties starting with the purchase and adding value for max profits. Real Estate Goals: My goal at this is to continue buying 'Buy & Hold' Properties, Partnering on deals, Self-directed IRA deals, and add note buying to my experience. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking a partner to combine assets and start a managing company as well to continually keep buying great deals.
