My major strength in real estate is my saving ability, generally saving 60-80% of my W2. I also have access to coworkers with decent war chests that are somewhat less motivated by real estate, but even more bearish about long term employment prospects. My major weakness is the unpredictable nature of my spare time, i'm on call 24/7 and my only control over my income is how often I'm willing to work, this also bleeds over into willingness to spend extended periods away from Newton when business is slow.
