My name is Curry Forrer. I have worked in multifamily over 20 years as a regional maintenance supervisor heading up large ROI projects and daily operations of large apartment communities. Since then I have worked for property management companies, REITs, and real estate investors. I have taken my knowledge of building maintenance, real estate markets/ investing and combined them to find good deals for multiple investors including myself. I'm enjoying the journey of constantly learning, pivoting, applying new strategies to get me closer to my goals of financial freedom and being a philanthropist.
