My wife Kari and I are real estate investors currently focused in the Pacific NW. Kari was born and raised in the Seattle area and I moved here in 1995. I am a Geotechnical Engineer and a GC. Kari is a RE Broker. We also own a construction business that focuses primarily on residential remodel. Our primary interests have been in acquiring SFH rental properties as well as fix and flip. We have a growing interest in multi-family and commercial properties as well as land development. Looking to network with other real estate professionals.
