About myself
By day I am a salesman for a high volume production manufacturer in Toledo Ohio. After hours I continuing selling and doing deals in the 419 area. For the last 5 years I been marketing direct to sellers and structuring my own off market deals My primary model has been fix and flip and I will continue to flip until I move into commercial real estate. Goals for 2021 are to increase my connections and begin to transition into larger multi-family deals. Anyone in the Toledo market feel to reach out and chat. I will help anyway I can.
