After many years in the corporate healthcare field, I left the daily grind to invest in real estate. Since 2015 I've done multiple flips, bought and held rentals, and sold traditional real estate as an agent. And I still do some physical therapy just to keep my hand in. In the Days of COVID, I'm looking for SFH but I'm also looking for MFH, especially in the mobile home park sector.
