Rental Property Investor
My husband and I have been landlords for 9 years now, but we looking to learn more about real estate investing and grow our portfolio! We have a 3BR/2BA single family home rental property in Anchorage, Alaska and are in the process of closing on a second single family 2B/2BA rental condo in Vegas, Nevada in August 2018. Excited to be part of the BP community and learn as much as we can! We both have good full-time jobs and are our goals are to diversify our income stream, build wealth, and create passive income for our retirement years.
