Cynthia Sandoval

I entered the world of Real Estate in 2010 as a Private Money Lender, lending my personal money to rehabbers who didn’t want the hassle of bank loans, and needed fast cash to purchase and renovate homes. We’d agree on a project, an interest rate, and sign on the dotted line. It was great! After a while I wanted to be more active in the projects and began partnering/JVing with other investors and rehabbers. I quickly learned how it all worked and loved it! Fast forward to today, I continue to lend out private money when possible, but my main focus and passion is purchasing unwanted homes and renovating them. I work with many different investors to structure loans, talented contractors to conduct the renovations, and friendly realtors to help find a happy buyer. I always looking to make new friends in the industry to partner with! I’m a San Francisco Bay Area native, and when I’m not doing Real Estate I’m usually running trails, writing songs, drinking cold buttery-oaky chardonnay, and laughing with family and friends.
