Finance professional with financial modeling skills and solid knowledge of capital markets. I entered the real estate market in my region in France in 2014 with my father while looking for an apartment for my primary residence which eventually became a rental property. I surely overpaid as the apartment looked nice and I did not know market prices. Nevertheless, the property has been able to attract long-lasting quality tenants ever since. One year later, I bought a second apartment, as my primary residence this time, in the same building as I had my first property. I lived there for a few years and it then became a rental property too. In the meantime, I started to enjoy real estate and I had purchased two other apartments and built a portfolio of international real estate funds. I sold one of the apartments as self-management was becoming more and more complicated following several bad experiences from day one with this particular property. In 2022, I passed my real estate license in Luxembourg while still working in a private bank at the moment. I am very grateful to BiggerPockets for the great content and nice hosts with whom I have learnt so much since 2020. Next year, I will be looking to develop my real estate business as well as expanding my portfolio.
