Hello, My first deal was a wholesale deal turned land contract; which proved to my partners I know how to get creative and get a deal done. I'm now working with investors who invest up to 10 million per annum. I would love to connect. I have access to international listings, large MFH and SFH portfolios, mixed-use commercial and land (currently have a 365-acre raw land deal appraised at 141 million).
