Dakota King

Born in Georgia, based in Fort Lauderdale since 2015. I work in professional hockey operations for the Florida Panthers — over a decade in a high-performance environment where execution and reliability aren't optional. On the real estate side, I own and self-manage a duplex in Fort Lauderdale that I fully renovated in 2024. I also held my Florida real estate license for a period and have been active in the South Florida market for close to a decade. Outside of hockey, I run Transact Funds — a transactional funding business working with wholesalers and creative finance investors on EMD, double closes, and stack deals. Happy to connect with other investors and operators in the area.
