I'm 18 and i'm about to go to college. Me and and my friend are about to going to the same business school and we'll be doing our first deal at 25 years old. We're both gonna collect 250,000 combined and purchase a million dollar property with around 30 units or so and cashflow us around 120k/year pre tax. I'm gonna break the poverty cycle and start building wealth and make my family name worth something.
