Nova Prime is actively seeking Key Principals to support and participate in real estate acquisitions across our pipeline. We partner with experienced KPs to strengthen borrower profiles, satisfy lender requirements, and help execute transactions. Nova Prime sources, structures, and operates the deals while aligning KPs through negotiated ownership and distribution participation. We are looking to build long-term relationships with qualified KPs who can participate across multiple transactions.
