I am a Critical Infrastructure Manager (fancy words for Project Manager) for a Nation wide GC construction company. I am an Investor that is just starting out. Trying to be a sponge and absorb!!!! My future will consist of "Buy and Hold" & "Fix and hold" Multi-Family homes within the Central-South Central, PA area. I also plan on short term "Quick Flips" in between and to fund the down payments. I have a few private money lenders and am Almost ready to do some deals. (Still building my team)
