Hi everyone . I am acting as a consultant for a couple of private equity investors that are actively looking to buy residential complexes all over the country ! . This guys are real no bs no waste of time kind of buyers . here are there requirements : YOU WILL BE PROTECTED !!! 1) preferred off market (not listed with a national company such as cbre ect..) 2) all cash deals - budget is 3 million to $250 million. 3) can be a single complex or a portfolio of complexes 3) minimum of 70 units per asset. 4) preferred class B or C assets. 5) must be direct to the owner or owners representative (agent/attorney) 6) provide us the financials ( income , expenses etc .. ) 7) you will be protected !!
