My name is Dana and I am a 30 year old wife and mother of 4. I recently made the decision to enter into the real estate game with an eye towards creating generational wealth for my children's children. As a new investor, I understand that there are many challenges ahead but am confident in my ability to learn quickly and stay motivated as this venture progresses. I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit so investing in real estate was something that has been on my mind for some time now. After doing research on different types of investments, it became clear to me that real estate offered some unique opportunities which could potentially help build our family's long-term financial security while also providing us with a sense of pride knowing we were able to create something from nothing through hard work and dedication. As part of this journey, I plan on attending seminars, reading books about successful investors who have gone before me as well as networking with other professionals within the industry who can provide valuable insight into how best navigate these waters successfully . Ultimately ,my goal is not only be financially secure but also set up future generations by teaching them what it takes achieve their own goals no matter what they may be .
