I have been excited about real estate for quite some time! However I am just learning the ropes of real estate investing and my excitement keeps growing! I built my own home with the help of my brother 15yrs ago. Through that I gained much knowledge in building and finishing. I went on to do some contracted tile and remodeling jobs, and managed an 8 unit apartment complex. These were all in addition to running the senior boarding home I have owned and operated for 10 years. Now, still operating the boarding home, I own and manage one duplex of my own and 2 for my mother. I am ready, willing, able to move forward with wholesaling, flipping, and possibly more buy to holds in the future.
