My name is Dan and I call Greenville, NC my home. I'm an active professional bmx rider who has had a long career in the industry. However any pro rider will tell you that though it can be a comfortable living it is far from lucrative. I will always have a deep passion for bmx as it has been a huge part of my life. However I started studying investing almost a year ago now and I truly believe I have found my next calling within the real estate realm. I currently consider myself a beginner and am not ashamed to admit it. We all had to start somewhere right? I wake up everyday looking forward to continuing my journey on this terribly exciting path.
