My partner and I have been buying and selling homes, manufactured homes and land for over 50 years combined. Over the last two years we've done about 25 projects ranging from new manufactured on land to SFR fix and flip. We have even wholesale a lot. I'm married and have two daughters and four grand children. The kids and grand kids are around all the time. I like to snow ski, fish and most sports. My wife is quitting work early next year to spend more time with the grand kids and to take me to see her home town in Italy. I have also brokered hundreds of transactions. I currently own 2 sfr rentals with all of them providing good positive cash flow. I really began in 2001 buying land in Arizona, finding a used manufactured home putting it on the land and selling it. After a couple years of commuting to AZ each week to work, I did 2 flips here in California. I then found them hard to locate (I thought prices were to high). I then began doing here in California what I had done in AZ, buying raw land, getting all the entitlements and placing a new manufactured homes on the land and selling the turn key home to an end user. Had a lot of fun doing that until the crash in 2008. In 2008 I focused on running my small construction company, while occasionally doing a flip.
