Real Estate Goals: Our company’s short term (1 yr.) goal is to flip four properties and own two cash flowing rental properties by end of year 2018. The interim goal is to own a minimum of eighteen cash flowing “doors” by January 2020. The long term goal is to have team members that have personal interest vested with the well-being of the company’s future. Currently Seeking: We are currently seeking funding support for an aggressive kick start to our mission in real estate investing. We are also seeking other team members such as real estate agents, contractors and property managers. My partner and I are looking for a few houses to flip or wholesale. As this will be our first real deals, we would like to stay somewhat local to the San Joaquin Valley in Northern California or Reno Nevada. With that said, we are entirely open to out of state investments as well. We were just hoping to get our feet wet a bit more locally first, but when the right opportunity presents itself; we will pursue it no-matter the location. We are all about David Greene's strategy of Long-Distance Real Estate Investing and will be adopting this method.
