Daniel Thomas

My name is Dan Thomas and I am the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Limitless Investing. Our company's mission is to provide investors with exclusive access to no-hassle, hands-off real estate opportunities across the United States. I began my real estate career by sourcing, underwriting and self-managing a sizable portfolio of single and small multifamily properties across the country. It soon became clear that even with property management companies in place, these supposedly turnkey investments were far from passive. In addition, with cash flow being dependent on a smaller number of units and tenants, it was often inconsistent. Through a continuous process of research and relationship building, a pivot was made to multi-family apartment syndications, and my company has never looked back. By leveraging relationships with proven operators, along with the economies of scale of owning hundreds of units, these investments have provided consistent passive income and equity growth. My goal is to help educate and build meaningful relationships with investors and folks just starting their real estate journey. I believe my experience with both active and passive investing brings a unique perspective that can provide valuable insights to the BP community.
