At the time that I am finally getting around to filling this out I'm 27 years old Iv flipped 4 properties rehab 9 + have Rentals. I've listened to all of the BiggerPockets podcast and listened to almost every books that people have recommended. I've always got my headphones in. im eager to learn and I'm always looking for Equity partners. I feel like I have the knowledge but I'm hamstrung by the lack of funds but I'm working as a handyman and flipper coordinator. and I'm saving as much as I can. I'm an eagle scout for what that's worth now and I have a background in developmental robotics and I was home-schooled, i also played rugby. i primarily work in North Carolina but I live in Charlottesville Virginia and I regularly drive to Northern Virginia being that my girlfriend goes to school there. I drive a lot! my last car had 380,000 miles on it so ya.
