I started in real estate before I know anything about it. I bought my first house in 2005 and rented it out before I lived in it. Later that house paid for my Masters degree. I have only recently decided to make a concerted effort towards financial freedom through real estate investing. I still consider myself a newbie and always looking for other people to work with on deals, whether through hard money lending or partnering. I have experience building, remodeling, and I am willing work work hard.
