I enjoy real estate and always have. I am in the market to typically buy and hold. I am currently looking for a financing backer/hard money lender with decent rates, (no points, 12%/per year or 1% per month). I am just getting into this game and have only done about 4 deals so far. I have 1 more lined up and am working on my 6th as well. I can't wait to join this network as I have recently found bigger pockets and have been listening to a ton of podcasts. I love what they do with the podcasts as there is many pieces of information that are great.
