Daniel Hansen

I am a Denver native and licensed real estate agent currently working as a Project Manager for ELEVATION - a boutique rehab/investment company here in the metro area. I have a strong background in residential construction, having worked for/alongside my fathers GC company for the better part of the last 15 years. Our focus is to create value for our clients, business partners and community through unique investment opportunities by breathing new life into dated or distressed properties. I really enjoy working with buyers and sellers who want to leverage real estate to help create a better financial picture for themselves utilizing individualized strategies that are tailored to their specific goals. I want to network with investors through bigger pockets to help people understand the different products out there and what might be best suited for their vision.
